It only seems a little while ago when we were announcing the long list of the IRC League 7 Qualifiers. And now, we are successfully done with the IRC League Nationals and are pleased to announce the winners selected for IRC League Internationals 🙂
120 teams from 60 different schools and 10 different states were part of the National level of IRC League held on 10th December at The Heritage School, Gurugram.  The competition saw the Robotics Stalwarts battling to win the National Championship.
The organizing team had a mammoth task of managing the set up and logistics of an event of this scale and magnitude. But they remained undaunted and pulled it off well. The event started early morning when the city was enveloped in fog. But the cold did not weigh down the students who were  busy tweaking and fine-tuning their Robots to perform well in the arena run. The atmosphere was a mix big of excitement, apprehensions, tensions but undoubtedly high on energy. All the teams demonstrated tremendous teamwork and perseverance.  The on lookers were mesmerized by their stellar performances.
Thank you The Quint and Wion for the extensive coverage of the event.
The top 5 winning teams from each level – Senior, Middle and Junior have qualified to represent India in the International level of IRC that will be held in China in June 2017. The date shall be announced soon. We will now be having IRCs in Maldives, Singapore and Bangladesh in next few months. IRC League Internationals will bring together the top teams from all these countries to compete on the world stage with the qualified teams from India for the coveted title of International IRC Champions!
Thanks to everyone who entered this season of IRC League 7 and made it a grand success. You can relive the memories here.  We are grateful to all the participating Schools, Teachers and Parents whove supported their students to  compete in one of the the largest and fastest growing international robotics competition.  Remember, if you werent successful this time, there will be plenty more chances for you to be involved with IRC League in the coming future. Stay tuned to our official Facebook Page  to find out more.
