Makers Hall of Fame 2019 – The Unveiling

Avishkaar’s initiative to celebrate Makers from around the world – Avishkaar Makers Hall of Fame is an undertaking to promote Making amongst children. Herein, makers from all walks of life are given an opportunity to tell their story and share insight into their ‘maker psyche’.

In the 2019 edition, we invited Makers to submit their nominations to be featured in the magazine. We received 50+ responses who wished to be a part of this year’s edition. The Class of 2019 Makers ranged from students to CEOs to product & electronics engineers, professors and robotics trainers et al.  

We invited the featured Makers for the unveiling ceremony at #CelebrateAvishkaar 2019. We were deeply pleased that a lot of them took the time out to be a part of this event. Makers from across India and even Europe flew down to attend the ceremony.
