How to make a Fork Lift Robot

Hello Makers!
I am back again with a new Robotics model. Lets make The Fork Lift Robot. This is an advanced model made from Avishkaar Robotronics LITE with some movement parts. Have a look at how this Robot looks like.

Steps for making The Fork Lift Robot

Step : 1

Take 1 Short rectangular plate and 4 rack gears & connect them as shown in the image.
Step : 2

Connect a square plate with two flexible strips and add it to the short rectangular plate.
Step : 3

Take one more motor & one short U. Connect them as shown in the image to make one part of the base.
Step : 4

Now take one more motor and one short U and make one another part of the base.
Step : 5

Fix both parts of the base with a short rectangular plate as shown.
Step : 6

Now make a part of the lift mechanism by connecting one long U with long L as shown in the image.

Step : 7

Now connect them both on a square plate.
Step : 8

Connect 2 L-Clip on the base part as shown in the image. 
Step : 9

Add wheel to the motors of base & lock it with the axle locks.
Step : 10

Add a caster wheel at the bottom of the lift mechanism.
Step : 11

Add that lift mechanism with the base as shown in the image.

Now add a motor to the lift mechanism with the micro gear and attach a square plate with rack gear.
Step : 13

Now add any E series brain to the robot and do wiring. your robot is ready to rock.

  1. Sir how to attach the rectangular plate equipped with rack gears to the lift mechanism. Do we require to screw them or not and if we screw them will they be able to move?
