I am back again with a new Robotics model. Lets make a Walker Robot . This is an advanced model made from Avishkaar Robotronics FULL
with some additional assembly & movement parts. Have a look at how this Robot looks like.
Steps for making The Walker Robot
Step : 1
Take a big gear & a short L. Connect them as shown in image and make four mechanism like same.
Step : 2
Now take two rectangular plates, two mini gear, two medium gear and two motors, connect them as shown in the image. Add some piece of flexible strips on the side of long rectangular plates to provide them support and bound the movement of leg of the walker.
Step : 3
From step 2 :
How the shafts are connected & locked are shown in this image.Also the number of fillers & the alignment of the gear are here shown in this image. Make two mechanisms of this type.
Step : 4
Now add those two mechanisms with two short L. Apply one filler in between of short L and the plates as shown in the image.
Step : 5
Add one more short L in the center of long rectangular plates from the both sides. The short L should be connected with long rectangular plates as shown in image.
Step : 6
Now install SR / E Series FULL Brain to the robot and do wiring. Your Walker is ready to rock.
