I am back again with a new Robotics model. Lets make The Archery Robot. This is an advanced model made from Avishkaar Robotronics LITE with some movement parts. Have a look at how this Robot looks like.

Steps for making an Archery Robot
Step : 1
Make a simple base with the help of two motors, 2 wheels, 2 long rectangular plates,2 long L, 2 square plates 2 L-clips & a caster wheel as shown in the image.
Step : 2
Add an L clip with a short rectangular plate as shown in the image.
Step : 3
Make 2 assembly same as last one.
Step : 4
Add a motor & a small gear on one of the assembly made in the previous step.
Step : 5
Mount the both assemblies on the base as shown in the image.
Step : 6
Add a big gear with a combination of small gears as shown in the image.
Step : 7
Now connect 2 big gears with long L as shown in the image.
Step : 8
Now add that assembly to the next of the gear system in synchronization of the mini gear.
Step : 9
Now add a motor with a long L as shown in the image.
Step : 10
Now attach a medium gear to the shaft of the motor & lock it with the axle lock.
Step : 11
Now add one more long L in parallel of the other long L and fix both of them with a long rectangular plate as shown.
Step : 12
Now add a big gear next to the gear attached to the motor as shown.
Step : 13
Add 2 pieces of flexible strip on the long rectangular plate so that the arrow can be mounted.
Step : 14
Add one more long L and add a rubber band on the same. Now your bow mechanism is ready.
Step : 15
Add some piece of flexible strip on the bottom of the bow mechanism so that it can be mounted on the arm of the crane.
Step : 16
Now mount that bow mechanism over the arm of that high torque crane.
Step : 17
Now load an arrow on the bow and fix the target. Your archery robot is ready to fire.
