I am back again with a new Robotics model. Lets make an Advanced colour sorting Robot . This is an advanced model made from Avishkaar Robotronics FULL with some additional sensors & movement parts. Have a look at how this Robot looks like.

Steps for making The Advanced Colour Sorting Robot
Step : 1
Take 2 short L & 2 motors and join them as shown in to make the base of the robot.
Step : 2
Now take 2 short rectangular plates and fix on both part of base.
Step : 3
Add a motor vertically downward on one of the short rectangular plate as shown.
Step : 4
Join 2 square plates at right angle with the help of flexible strip and add a three hole connector with the flexible strip as shown in image.
Step : 5
Fix that joint square plate to the shaft of motor situated at short rectangular plate and fix it with the help of axle lock.
Step : 6
Now add wheels & caster wheels to the base of the robot to make it movable.
Step : 7
Now add 2 L clips & 2 square plates at the front arm of robot.
Step : 8
Add a colour sensor in the middle of the front arm with the help of a flexible strip.
Step : 9
Now fix one IR Sensor on the each side (left & right) of robot, attach a programmable brain and do wiring.
