MakerSpace: Where Making Happens!

#CelebrateAvishkaar 2019 was bustling with activity as participants and general audiences alike took part in various workshops at Avishkaar MakerSpace. Several workshops were organised for children like aeromodelling, 3D Printing, AR/VR, electronics and coding, robotics; big hits among the visitors. The main attraction, however, was Mountain Cycling Rush (wherein a cycle connected with LED lights was used to race). It was a crowd puller alright as kids raced each other frenetically.

World Record Attempt Ahoy!

Apart from this, a World Record Attempt was made. In this attempt, the world’s largest logo connected with LED rope lights was created with the help of 20 volunteers. Another major highlight which made a huge pop was ‘Avishkaar Aurora’. Constructed by the Avishkaar team with the help of hundreds of kilometres of LEDs, it was a dazzling light and sound show which enthralled the stadium audience.

All in all, it was an event to remember. Till next year then!
